Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek / Mardi Himal Trek is one of the most happening short and best trekking destination in the Annapurna region. Trek to Ghorepani Poon Hill begins and ends in the beautiful city Pokhara. You can also tour the city before or after the yoga trek. From Pokhara, you need to drive till Nayapul and start trekking uphill. The trail through the lush green mountain forest is very cool and refreshing. You will find many lodges and tea houses along the way since the trail is very popular among both Nepali as well as international tourists. The trail passes through wonderful villages like Ghorepani and Ghandruk inhabited by Gurungs and Magars and other tribes. Further, in the higher elevation in the mountains, you will come across red rhododendron forests and magnificent views of valleys, river gorges, and high mountains. During early mornings, the mass of trekkers flocks together at the viewpoint to witness the giant mountains of Dhaulagiri and Annapurna range glisten, as the first ray of sun hits the high rising mountains.

Pick up & transfer to the hotel in Pokhara from Pokhara bus station/ Pokhara Airport. Check into the hotel. Evening a short discussion regarding yoga trek along with an instructor. Includes Hotel Transfer, Best Delux hotel in Lakeside Pokhara on Double sharing basis. Meet the trekking guide with professional yoga & meditation in structure.

Drive to – Ulleri (3 hrs trek). Trek to Poon hill (5 hrs) Evening, 5-6 pm – Mantra chanting and guided meditation. Dinner at 7.30 Pm. Includes: Breakfast, local jeep Transport till Ulleri, Lunch, Dinner & Guesthouse accommodation in sharing basis.

Early Morning Hike to Poonhill ( 1 hrs) Back to hotel & trek to Tadapani (5 hrs) Morning yoga at Poon hill & evening, 5-6 pm – yoga Nidra and guided meditation. Includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & sharing guesthouse accommodation.

After Breakfast Trek to Jhinu Danda (5 hrs trek), Night around Hot Spring pond, 1 hrs relaxation in the natural hot water pond. Morning sunrise view with Yoga 6.30- 7.30 & Evening, 5-6 pm – yoga philosophy and guided meditation. Includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & sharing guesthouse accommodation.

After breakfast free time on your own. (2 hrs hike) 10 am- Drive to Pokhara in local sharing jeep. (4 hrs) Morning Yoga & meditation in Modi riverside. 1 hrs relaxation in the natural hot water pond. After reaching Pokhara 1 hrs boat tour in Phewa lake. The evening followed by a farewell dinner. Mardi Yoga Trek Itinerary

Arrival in Pokhara. (820M), explore lakeside in the evening Includes – Pick up from Bus station/Airport. Hotel accommodation on twin sharing basis.

After Breakfast Drive to Kande, Lunch at Pothana. Post-lunch-Interaction with yoga seekers. Trek to Deurali, Check into a guest house in Deurali. (1900 M/ 4 hrs ) Evening, 5-6 pm – Mantra chanting and guided meditation. Dinner at 7.30 Pm. Includes – Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & guest house accommodation.Yoga session.

Wake up at 5 & classical yoga session. Breakfast at 7:30 After breakfast heading to Forest Camp (2,540M / 3 Hours) Lunch in a Forest camp. Post lunch- Open Q&A session with yoga teachers. Trek to Low Camp (3,035M / 3 Hours) Night stays at Low Camp. Evening, 5-6 pm – spiritual philosophy and guided meditation. dinner at 7.30 Pm. Includes – Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & guest house accommodation. Yoga session.

Wake up at 5 & classical yoga session. After Breakfast Trek to Badal Dada. Lunch at Badal Dada (3100 M / 3 Hours) post-lunch small spiritual discussion. Then Trek to High Camp (3550 M / 2 hrs). Evening, 5-6 pm – yoga Nidra and guided meditation. Night stay in High camp. Includes – Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & guest house accommodation. Yoga session.

Early Morning 4.30 Hike to Upper View Point along with packed Breakfast. (4,200M/ 3 hrs) classical yoga session. Around 9 am back to High Camp. (2 Hours) post-lunch- small yogic session. After lunch trek to Badal Danda (2 hrs) Rest a couple of hours. Evening, 5-6 pm – yoga philosophy and guided meditation. Includes – Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & guest house accommodation. Yoga session.

Wake up at 5 & classical yoga sessions along with sunrise & beautiful view. This is probably the last day. closing ceremony. Interaction. Breakfast. 10 am trek back to Siding village (2.5 hrs) Lunch. Post lunch-small Q&A session. 3 Pm Drive back to Pokhara by jeep (2 hrs.) Check into a hotel in Pokhara. Free time you can stroll around Phewa Lake. Includes – Breakfast, Lunch, Sharing jeep Transportation to Pokhara & Hotel accommodation on twin sharing basis.
