Booking & Refund Policy

Advance Payment Requirement

To secure your booking at Bodhidham Yoga Ashram, an advance payment of 20% of the total program fee is required. This advance payment confirms your reservation and guarantees your spot in the program.

How to Make Your Booking

1. Select your desired program (Yoga Teacher Training, Retreat, or any other course)
2. Calculate 20% of the total program fee
3. Submit the advance payment through our approved payment channels
4. Receive booking confirmation from our team
5. Pay the remaining 80% upon arrival or as per agreed terms

Reason for No Refund Policy

Due to regulations set by the Nepal Government and Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), there are no provisions available to send money abroad. Therefore, we are unable to process international refunds.

Credit Validity Period

Instead of refunds, all payments made to Bodhidham are maintained as CREDIT in your account with the following terms:

• Validity Period: 6 months from your PLANNED VISIT DATE
• The 6-month validity begins from the date you originally planned to visit us, NOT from the date of payment
• This credit must be utilized within the validity period
• After 6 months from your planned visit date, the credit will be VOID and NULLIFIED
• No extensions will be granted after the expiration date

How to Use Your Credit

Your credit can be used for:

• Rescheduling your original program to a new date within the validity period
• Booking a different program of equal or lesser value
• Transferring to another participant (subject to approval)
• Upgrading to a different program (additional payment may be required)
