Frequently asked
Do I need a 200-hour certificate to join?
+
Yes. The 300-hour course is an advanced training that builds directly on a completed 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. It is not a beginner course and does not stand on its own. If your 200-hour was with another school, that is fine, just let us know where you trained when you enquire.
What does the 300-hour add that the 200-hour did not cover?
+
It goes deeper rather than wider. You work on more refined asana and hands-on adjustment, study yoga philosophy in greater depth, and get an introduction to Ayurveda, all building on the foundation you already have. The aim is to make you a more capable and confident teacher, not to repeat the basics.
How intensive is the course?
+
It is full time and demanding, six days a week, from an early morning start through to evening study. As an advanced course it expects you to arrive with a steady practice and the discipline of your 200-hour behind you. Most people still find the 25 days intensive, so come prepared for real work.
What does the price include?
+
The price covers tuition, 25 nights accommodation on the ashram in a shared or private room, three organic vegetarian meals a day, course materials, and airport pickup from Pokhara. It does not cover international flights or your Nepal visa, which you arrange yourself.
How do I book, and what is the cancellation policy?
+
Booking is done directly with us over WhatsApp or the inquiry form. A 20% advance secures your place, with the balance due on arrival before the course begins. Cancellation and refund terms are on our Booking and Refund Policy page, so please read it before you pay, or ask us and we will explain it.
